The decade Seiko set out to match the Swiss, competing in observatory chronometer trials and launching Japan's first diver's watch in 1965. Our 1960s designs are the Bell-Matic alarm, the 6119 Seiko 5s, the hand-wound Lord Marvel 36000 and the 6139 automatic chronograph from 1969.
